Editorial policy
How the Qteros journal is researched, written, reviewed and updated, including our approach to sources, corrections, photography and AI.
Our journal exists to help people write and send better greetings. That only works if readers can trust what they read. This page explains how we research and review it.
Who writes the journal
Articles are written and edited by the Qteros editorial team. When an article carries a named byline, that person is responsible for the piece and for the sources listed on it. We do not publish invented authors, invented customer stories or invented reviews.
How we research
- First-hand knowledge of the video-making process, filming timelines and personalization fields.
- Direct conversations with the dance teams about styling, choreography and what works on camera.
- Language references such as dictionaries and encyclopaedias for Swahili words and cultural context; sources are linked at the end of the relevant article.
- Customer questions and support emails, anonymized and summarized — never invented.
We distinguish between things we know from our own work and things we have learned from a source. If we cannot verify a claim, we do not present it as fact.
Review and correction
Articles are read for accuracy before publication. Names, prices, delivery windows and product details are checked against the current catalogue. If we find an error after publication, we correct it and update the visible “Updated” date. To report an error, email [email protected] with the page URL.
Photography and video
The product photographs on this site are real stills from Dance Greetings shoots, supplied by the teams and used with permission. We do not use AI-generated faces or voices to represent performers. Customer names visible on sample chalkboards are from the original shoots; they are not testimonials.
AI use
We may use AI tools to help draft, outline or edit text, but a person reviews every article before it is published. We do not use AI to invent sources, reviews, team members or customer stories. The videos we sell are performed by real people.
Updates
We update articles when the product, prices, delivery process or language guidance changes. The article page shows the publication date and, when relevant, a visible “Updated” date. Sitemap dates are maintained separately from the design build.
