How Qteros works
From choosing a team to pressing play: how a personalized Qteros video greeting is made and delivered.
A personalized video should feel effortless to send and completely personal to receive. Here is the whole process, without the mystery.
Add your details
On the product page, before adding the video to your cart, you will add the recipient’s name, the phrase you want performed, any pronunciation notes, and a song choice. You can also suggest the board wording.
We film it
Your order goes to the team with your brief. They write the chalkboard, rehearse the phrase, and film outdoors in natural light. Most videos are filmed within one business day.
You press play
We email you a private viewing link and a downloadable HD file within 1–3 business days. Forward the link, post it, or keep it for the right moment.
What goes on the chalkboard?
The chalkboard is the visual heart of your video. Keep it short — a name, an occasion, and a few words. Good examples:
- “Happy 30th, Amara!” — a clean birthday board.
- “Congratulations, Class of 2026!” — for a graduation.
- “Welcome home, Dad.” — simple and warm.
- “We love you, Nana.” — a family message.
If you are not sure, tell us the occasion and we will suggest wording when we confirm your order.
What should the spoken phrase say?
This is the line a performer says directly to camera. Write it the way you would say it out loud. One or two sentences is plenty. For example:
“Happy birthday, Amara. We hope this year brings you every good thing — and a little extra dancing.”
We will not change the meaning of your message. If a phrase is unclear, difficult to pronounce, or too long for the format, we will contact you before filming.
Songs and timing
Each video includes one song choice. We keep a list of songs that work well for short performances and can also let the team choose. If you have a specific request, add it on the product page and we will do our best.
Standard delivery is 1–3 business days after payment. If you need a video for a specific date, add the date on the product page and we will confirm whether it is possible before filming.
No app. No address. No editing.
Everything happens online. Payment is handled securely by Dodo Payments, and your finished video arrives by email. There is nothing to download, install, or ship.
Common questions about the process
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Email [email protected] for a sample from the team you are considering. We will send examples that match your occasion.
Can I change my message after ordering?
Yes, as long as filming has not started. Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and we will update the brief.
Do you use AI to make the videos?
No. Every video is performed by people. We do not generate faces, voices, or performances with AI.
